The Anti-Terror Bill will not help in our common aspiration for a democratic society where all political, philosophical and religious beliefs are supposedly respected and tolerated.

We pray that by waging this one big fight against COVID-19 together we will emerge victorious and see that peace is another battle we can only win as one.
May this be a learning experience for all of us. For the civil society, the private sector and the citizens in general to remain vigilant in protecting our rights. For the law enforcers to be mindful and true to their duty of not just enforcing laws but more importantly, of respecting the rights of every citizen.
