While we continue to coordinate and work with our partners in Cagayan de Oro, Gingoog and Misamis Oriental, we have also sent two small teams to Surigao del Sur and Agusan del Sur to offer modest support to our local partners.
Through the night, we have been coordinating with Ed Cox of Disaster Aid International (DAI), one of our key partners during the Sendong Relief Operations. They will be will be sending at least 160 units of life boxes as their initial response. We will be coordinating with Pat Sarenas and MINCODE in these operations.
We will also do a quick assessment and coordination visit to the hardest hit areas of Comval and Davao Oriental.
