Balay Mindanaw Relief Operations Report No. 10 (11am, 28 December

As of yesterday, December 27,
the Balay Mindanaw Relief Operations have already served a total of
4,472 families or 22,623 individuals, broken down as follows:
1. Bonbon – 2,500 families
or 11,561 individuals
2. Kauswagan Elementary
School – 25 families or 150 individuals
3. Kauswagan covered court
– 441 families or 1,800 individuals
4. Bulao, Iponan – 550
families or 1,900 individuals
5. Iponan (old Church) –
956 families or 7,212 (cum)
Yesterday, we have provided
relief assistance to a total of 242 families, or 1,210 individuals,
in the three community centers (Iponan, Bulua and Kauswagan). The
assistance included high energy biscuits, drinking water, mats,
blankets and clothing.
Today, we will be
distributing Balay Mindanaw Relief Assistance package containing
hygiene sets to 306 families in the community centers of Canitoan,
Bonbon and Kauswagan.
Generous support continues to
come. Our Operations Center has already received a total of
P704.415.44 in cash and pledges amounting to P2,615,530.00.
Last night, the donation from
Aboitiz Foundation also arrived, consisting of 60 kettles, 86 frying
pans, 146 cooking pots and 238 basins
